4XP - Looking for local Business Professionals

Who can join 4XP?

We are looking for local Independent business professionals who want to join 4XP and are inviting applications from only 'exceptional' individuals who can:

• Specialise in and provide products and/or services that would compliment ONE of our four X-Factor areas
• Engage in knowledge-sharing with others from various backgrounds, professions and organisations to support joint promotion for new business
• Demonstrate how they keep up to date with latest technology and legislative requirements and development
• Work with other Independents on collaborative projects if required by clients
• Contribute their services to support others in 4XP and their developments without   financial gain
• Pay an equal share of any out of pocket expenses to support the promotion and marketing of 4XP to local businesses

Is there a need for 4XP?

Today with so many people changing work patterns and developing their own ‘portfolio career pathways' there is a real need to offer Independents the chance to work together to promote their business to companies in Buckinghamshire and across the Thames Valley/M40 corridor.

What are the benefits of joining 4XP?

You get to:

• promote your own services to local business FREE OF COMMISSION RATES OR CHARGES on this specially designed website and innovative weblog

• attend ‘face to face’ meetings for support, networking, marketing and promotional ideas
• give and receive on a 'quid pro quo' basis services and advice from the others in 4XP

To make 4XP a success we depend on a high level of familiarity, respect and mutual trust and to avoid internal competition we limit duplications of professional groups to one or two per profession.

How much does it cost to join?

There is NO joining fee, commission, or charges for Independents or Clients using this service.  If you feel this Community of Partnership is for you then first read the Guidance notes and then complete the Application form

You will be contacted in due course to arrange a face-2-face meeting to discuss your application further.  Please be aware that not all applicants are accepted straight away particularly if we already have sufficient professionals from that business area.  It is advisable for you to regularly review our Find a 4XP Independent page to see when there is an opening or professional area missing that you are able to fill.
