What is a Community of Partnership (CoPart)?
The Commuity of Partnership (CoPart) concept was created in 2005 by J.Fawcett its philosphy being influenced by three well known disciplines:
- Communities of Practice (CoP)
- Business Networking
- Organisational Development (OD)
This then formed the foundation of 4XP whose aim is to simply provide a vehicle through which a supportive network of local Independent business professionals can promote their services to local businesses in Bucks and the surrounding Thames Valley area more..>
This ambitious local initiative benefits not only the 'exceptional' Independents who are asked to join the CoPart but also the local businesses that commission their services.
These businesses get extremely motivated, high quality professionals who produce visible cost effective results, work in an ethical business manner and comply with recognised national standards of performance.
